Backup and Sync

Backup and Sync can't use in a standard account. However previous GoogleDrive do.

Hello, I tried installing 4 windows10 computers. I successfully installed 2 and failed 2 computers.
Success: 1. windows 10 32bit one user (administrator account)
2. windows 10 64bit multi-user, I installed from an administrator account. I can use B&C program in an administrator account. However there no B&C icons in a standard account.

Failure: 1. windows windows 10 64bit multi user,I installed from standard user account using an administrator access permission.
2. windows 10 32 bit multi user, I successfully installed the B&C program. However I want to use the program in standard account, then I logged in a standard user to use it. However there no B&C icons in a standard account. Then I re-installed the B&C program. Finally, there are no B&C icons also in an administrator account. Previous Google Drive are better than B&C. Because we can use a cloud storage in standard accounts.
